1. Develop and implement comprehensive security and safety strategies to protect employees, assets, and brand integrity.
2. Manage physical security and safety operations across the corporate office and enterprise.
3. Lead crisis management and risk mitigation efforts to ensure organizational resilience.
4. Provide strategic support and tactical management to safeguard associates, capital assets, and proprietary information.
5. Collaborate with the Vice President, Global Asset Protection, Security and Safety to align security initiatives with organizational goals.

2. Experience in developing and implementing security strategies.
3. Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
4. Ability to manage complex security operations.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.
4. Proficiency in developing and executing risk mitigation strategies.

Extensive experience in asset protection and safety operations within a corporate environment.

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Base pay range from $112,000 to $140,000 annually.
