1. Collect and analyze global costing data to support cost standardization and validation.
2. Optimize total costs through vendor negotiation and supply policy improvement.
3. Champion all costing-related systems and drive process and systems improvements.
4. Report to the Senior Manager of Strategy Costing.
5. Interact with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on costing strategies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in costing analysis, preferably within the footwear industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

1. Proficiency in costing systems and data analysis tools.
2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
3. Ability to drive process improvements and implement strategic initiatives.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across the organization.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in costing analysis or a related field, with a focus on the footwear industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
