1. Answer business questions using data to identify customer needs, business drivers, and growth opportunities.
2. Collaborate with business leaders to develop actionable strategies.
3. Lead deep analysis projects exploring sales, customers, competitors, and inventory.
4. Support store test hypothesis design, evaluation, and learning.
5. Implement data governance practices and support strategic consolidation into a single source of truth.
6. Train AI analysis capabilities and support the rollout of AI applications in business operations.

1. Solid experience in business data analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights.
2. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
3. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and Python.
4. Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
5. Good understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing techniques.
6. Experience in facilitating communication between business teams and data engineers/scientists.
7. Over 3 years of experience in business data analysis, preferably in fashion, beauty, luxury, or sports brands.

Over 3 years of experience in business data analysis, preferably in fashion, beauty, luxury, or sports brands.
