Tapestry Business Data Analyst

- Analyze business data to answer strategic questions, identify customer needs, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Lead comprehensive analysis projects on sales, customer behavior, competitors, and inventory to provide strategic insights.
- Design, evaluate, and learn from store test hypotheses.
- Implement data governance practices and support the consolidation of data into a unified source of truth.
- Train and support the deployment of AI applications in business operations.
- Proven experience in business data analysis with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, particularly in strategic thinking and data storytelling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing techniques.
- Experience in facilitating communication between business teams and data engineers/scientists.
- Over 3 years of experience in business data analysis, preferably in fashion, beauty, luxury, or sports brands.

A minimum of three years in business data analysis, with a preference for experience in the fashion, beauty, luxury, or sports sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in business, data, statistics, or a related field preferred.
