1. Analyze business data to answer strategic questions, identify customer needs, and uncover growth opportunities.
2. Lead comprehensive analysis projects on sales, customer behavior, competitors, and inventory to provide strategic insights.
3. Design, evaluate, and learn from store test hypotheses.
4. Implement data governance practices and support the consolidation of data into a unified source of truth.
5. Train and support the deployment of AI applications in business operations.

1. Proven experience in business data analysis with the ability to extract actionable insights.
2. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, particularly in strategic thinking and data storytelling.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL and Python.
4. Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
5. Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing techniques.
6. Experience in facilitating communication between business teams and data engineers/scientists.
7. Over 3 years of experience in business data analysis, preferably in fashion, beauty, luxury, or sports brands.
