- Deliver a seamless and elevated customer experience by utilizing brand training and resources to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Develop clienteling strategies and co-host in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Build strong partnerships with local retail teams to gain insights into customer profiles and emerging opportunities.
- Track and analyze store performance against targets, presenting actionable plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
- Identify growth opportunities through observation of in-store activities and omni-channel engagement strategies.
- Execute visual merchandising directives, ensuring new season collections are prominently displayed and aligned with delivery schedules.
- Manage product deliveries and replenishment, maintaining organized and well-kept back-of-house areas.
- Complete trade reports promptly, communicating key product insights to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador and Wholesale Sales team.
- Collaborate with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador to coordinate effective shopfloor coverage.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Familiarity with department store operations, including customer service, merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and ability to apply insights to enhance business outcomes.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for contributing to a positive team culture.
A minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment is required, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering results.
