- Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive brand awareness and increase customer retention.
- Implement and communicate business initiatives and act as a liaison between department store management teams and the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
- Deliver brand training and provide the host store with the necessary information to increase product knowledge and drive sales.
- Track and analyze store targets to ensure they are met and exceeded.
- Monitor in-store activity and present ideas to identify new brand opportunities.
- Manage daily product deliveries and replenishment, ensuring back of house areas are clean and well maintained.
- Complete trade reports in a timely manner and ensure product call outs are shared effectively.
- Implement and maintain visual directives in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
- Understanding of working within a department store.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends.
- Self-motivated with the ability to strategize.
- Strong and passionate team player with the ability to collaborate well with others.
- Flexible to work hours including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Minimum of 2 years retail experience with an understanding of working within a department store.
