1. Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive brand awareness and increase customer retention.
2. Create ideas and action plans for clientelling and event hosting.
3. Implement and communicate business initiatives and act as a liaison between department store management teams and Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
4. Track and analyze store targets to ensure they are met and exceeded, compiling and presenting action plans where necessary.
5. Monitor in-store activity and present ideas to identify new brand opportunities.
6. Manage daily product deliveries and replenishment, ensuring back of house areas are clean and well maintained.
7. Complete trade reports in a timely manner and ensure product call outs are shared effectively.
8. Coordinate with Senior Regional Brand Ambassador to schedule and ensure maintenance of adequate floor coverage.
9. Implement and maintain visual directives in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
2. Understanding of working within a department store.

1. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
2. Strong knowledge of industry trends.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to strategize to help develop the business.
4. Strong and passionate team player with the ability to collaborate well with others.
5. Flexible to work hours deemed by the store, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in a department store environment.
