Tapestry Brand Ambassador

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance brand awareness and customer retention.
- Develop and execute clientelling strategies and event hosting initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between department store management and the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador (SRBA).
- Analyze store performance metrics and present action plans to the SRBA.
- Monitor in-store activities and propose new brand opportunities such as activations and events.
- Manage daily product deliveries and replenishment, ensuring back-of-house areas are organized.
- Complete trade reports and communicate product updates to the SRBA and sales team.
- Coordinate with the SRBA to ensure adequate floor coverage and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
- Experience working within a department store environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends.
- Self-motivated with strategic business development capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail setting, preferably within a department store, with a proven track record of driving sales and enhancing customer experience.
