1. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, managing the shared inbox and responding promptly and effectively.
2. Process and reconcile benefits-related invoices using the SAP system.
3. Coordinate monthly membership updates with benefit vendors and payroll to ensure timely reflection of employee changes, including joiners and leavers.
4. Capture and communicate requests for pension contribution changes to payroll.
5. Maintain and update the 'Benefits Europe' page on the company's intranet platform to ensure timely communication of relevant information.
6. Assist in testing and providing feedback for the development of a new benefits platform.
7. Provide ad hoc support to the Director of Total Rewards on various benefits-related projects.

1. Experience in benefits, HR, payroll, or finance is preferred.
2. Strong service delivery mindset with excellent communication skills.
3. Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to use initiative to solve problems.
4. Analytical mindset with a positive attitude.

1. Proficiency in Excel
2. Experience with SAP
3. Passion for HR and compensation and benefits
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in benefits administration, HR, payroll, or finance is advantageous.
