- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting partners across Corporate Commercial & Functional groups (Buying, Planning, Allocation, Wholesale, Merchandising, Ecommerce, IT & Digital, Supply Chain, Finance and other corporate functions) to define talent needs and shape recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate and execute full‑cycle recruitment for roles through Manager level: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, assessment coordination, and offer facilitation.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for entry‑level, early‑career, and mid‑level roles across multiple functions.
- Coach hiring teams on interview best practices and inclusive hiring, providing resources, guidance, and consistent communications.
- Serve as primary candidate contact to maintain timely, professional, and engaging communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Lead planning and operational components of the corporate summer internship program, including campus outreach, partner relationships, high‑volume application review, selection workflows, orientation, programming, and conversion processes.
- Coordinate campus and early‑talent events and manage relationships with university and non‑profit partners to drive pipeline development.
- Oversee platform and process management for high‑volume internship recruitment (application review, interview logistics, candidate communications).
- Track campus‑related metrics and reporting, identifying opportunities to evolve and scale the internship program year over year.
- Minimum 1+ years supporting full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within corporate or commercial functions; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to identify and engage candidates via job boards, inbound applications, and foundational sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems; experience with LinkedIn and Workday is a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated desire to influence hiring decisions and early‑talent strategies.

At least 1 year of experience supporting full‑cycle recruiting in corporate or commercial functions; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
