Tapestry Assistant Manager, Store Construction Order Management

- Oversee end‑to‑end order management for new store openings, renovations and rollouts across Europe, the Middle East, South Africa and India (EMEAI) for Coach and Kate Spade New York.
- Create and manage purchase orders for store construction, approve invoices for payment, monitor logistics and maintain accurate order records.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues related to order placement, production, delivery or billing and ensure uninterrupted project progress.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional partners — finance, logistics, store design and visual merchandising — to support seamless project implementation.
- Support construction managers in budget preparation, feasibility studies, tender evaluation and timely project budget close‑out.
- Maintain payment schedule compliance with vendors and finance teams during project delivery.
- Produce and maintain status reports and SBO (Supplied by Owner) logs tracking all order management deliverables.
- Develop and maintain historical regional construction cost data and coordinate millwork/material deliveries with vendors and logistics partners.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within Store Construction.
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
- 2–4 years' relevant experience in retail production, supply chain, procurement or a closely related function.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and working knowledge of SAP.
- Strong order management, multitasking and prioritisation capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2–4 years of hands‑on experience in retail production, supply chain, procurement or store construction order management, preferably supporting multi‑country projects across EMEAI and working with cross‑functional stakeholders (finance, logistics, design).
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
