1. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
3. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
4. Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
5. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
6. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience is required, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
