1. Perform cash collection and accounts receivable application from landlords, department stores, and e-commerce businesses
2. Evaluate customer creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits
3. Support monthly closing activities for retail accounting
4. Prepare balance sheet schedules and perform reconciliations
5. Manage finance operational activities such as business and sales license applications and stock takes
6. Liaise with auditors for the annual statutory audit
7. Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal company policies
8. Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance
2. 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance department within a multinational company or Big 4 firm
3. Experience in credit analysis or a related field

1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
2. Proficiency in SAP and lease accounting is advantageous
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Self-initiative and team player abilities
6. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure across multiple regions

3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance department within a multinational company or Big 4 firm.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance
