Tapestry Account Manager, Wholesale

1. Develop and manage key and independent accounts in Northern Europe, focusing on leather goods.
2. Build relationships with accounts through regular trade calls.
3. Manage markets for women's and men's leather goods, designing assortment strategies.
4. Produce seasonal trade reports and develop commercial plans.
5. Support regional strategies and develop the distribution network.
6. Partner with the Wholesale Customer Service team for order lifecycle management.
7. Communicate with Accounts Receivable on customer payments.
8. Collaborate with the Marketing team on tailored plans for key accounts.
9. Track and present sales data, creating action plans to meet targets.
10. Manage seasonal and yearly OTB planning for accounts.
11. Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.

1. Extensive experience managing a wholesale business portfolio.
2. Highly motivated and target-driven self-starter.
3. Strong team player with flexibility to travel in the UK/Europe.

1. Strong sales-driven mindset with analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
