- Develop and maintain the Tapestry Marketplace channel through strategic and operational execution of product launches.
- Drive in-season performance against sales and margin targets.
- Build and nurture partner relationships across channels and brands.
- Compile weekly trade reports and provide analysis to inform trading actions.
- Support seamless execution of new product launches on multiple Marketplace channels.
- Establish relationships with regional Wholesale Sales, Buying, Finance, BIMA, and Marketing teams.
- Utilize multiple systems to source and ensure accuracy of enriched product and trading data.
- Support weekly and monthly onsite execution for Marketplace site content.
- Maximize product visibility on site and build catalogue tree edit visual guides for partners.
- Identify regional product opportunities and market trends, providing feedback to inform assortment needs.
- Partner with Marketplace Manager and Inventory Management team to highlight business risks and opportunities.
- Ensure optimal stocks are maintained in line with promotional strategies and key trading periods.
- Collaborate with Wholesale & Marketing teams to ensure optimal platform content and effective marketing plans.
- Support the building of communication tools and highlight assortment strategies.
- Assist Customer Service team with retailer/customer queries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online trading (wholesale/direct retail).
- Multi-category experience in a buying/planning environment.
- Experience supporting European markets.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Sales mindset and data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sum ifs).
- Knowledge of the fashion or accessories luxury goods market.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to make key decisions under pressure.
- Effective global partnership building and interaction skills.
- Clear and confident presentation skills.
A minimum of 3 years in online trading within a wholesale or direct retail environment, with multi-category experience and a focus on European markets.
