- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with Marketplace partners across various channels and Tapestry brands, ensuring key performance indicators are consistently met and surpassed.
- Drive sales and margin performance, capitalizing on in-season opportunities to maximize outcomes.
- Facilitate the execution of new product launches across multiple Marketplace channels.
- Compile and analyze weekly trade reports to inform strategic trading actions and fuel growth.
- Identify regional product opportunities and market trends, providing consolidated feedback to inform seasonal and core assortment needs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of product, consumer, and competition in local markets, offering insights to key internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Management team to identify and address business risks and opportunities related to product investments and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels align with promotional strategies and key trading periods.
- Partner with Wholesale and Marketing teams to ensure optimal platform content by category and gender within global guidelines, supporting effective marketing plans aligned with investment.
- Enhance product visibility onsite by creating catalogue tree edit visual guides for partners.
- Support weekly and monthly onsite execution for Marketplace site content, including homepage refreshes, category banners, and navigation banners.
- Develop communication tools to highlight assortment strategies and provide monthly and quarterly insights to the business.
- Establish trust and build relationships with regional Wholesale Sales, Buying, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Assist the Customer Service team with specific retailer and customer queries as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of digital trading experience in wholesale or direct retail.
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Experience in a planning environment with multi-category exposure.
- Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and sum ifs.
- Familiarity with the fashion or accessories luxury goods market and Marketplace segment.
- Experience supporting European markets.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Ability to make key decisions under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience building effective global partnerships and interacting with diverse individuals at all levels.
- Clear and confident presentation skills for delivering key messages to senior leadership.
A minimum of 3 years in digital trading, with at least 2 years within a Marketplace business model, and experience in a global company or brand.
