TAG Heuer Wholesale Manager

- Develop and implement sales strategies for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate multibrand partnerships and ensure adherence to the brand's sales policies across various points of sale.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage a sales team across three markets.
- Drive budget communication and target setting with teams and partners, while monitoring network performance and reporting KPIs to management.
- Participate in the evolution of functional tools such as CRM and retail software.
- Create detailed commercial plans for new product launches, including assortment and stock management.
- Continuously assess and optimize the distribution network to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the skills of the commercial wholesale team.
- Establish long-term relationships with customers to be recognized as a trusted business partner.
- Supervise wholesale operations and coordinate marketing plans with the Marketing Manager.
- Enhance brand visibility and reinforce retailer community through strategic activities.
- Oversee customer operations, ensuring efficient order management and product allocation.
- Promote a direct-to-consumer mindset and align product forecasts with financial targets.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the luxury goods or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and social competence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital presentation tools.
- International experience and understanding of the luxury retail and watch industry are beneficial.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on luxury goods or FMCG industries, is required.
Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field.
