TAG Heuer Wholesale Manager Central Europe

- Develop and implement sales strategies for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
- Cultivate multibrand partnerships and deploy sales policies across various distribution channels.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage a sales team across three markets.
- Drive budget communication and performance monitoring, reporting KPIs to management.
- Participate in the evolution of functional tools and build commercial plans for new product launches.
- Challenge existing distribution networks and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and enhance the skills of the commercial wholesale team.
- Create long-term relationships with customers to be recognized as a trusted business partner.
- Supervise wholesale operations, including events, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Coordinate marketing plans and actions with the Marketing Manager.
- Manage the sales coordinator team to ensure optimal order management and product allocation.
- Promote a direct-to-consumer mindset and align product forecasts with financial targets.
- Degree in International Business or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods or FMCG.
- Proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Proficiency in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and social competence.
- Experience in luxury retail and the watch industry is beneficial.
- Excellent linguistic and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital presentation tools.
- Customer-oriented thinking and proactive approach.
- Strong ambition and inquisitive nature for continuous development.
A minimum of 6 years in sales, with a focus on luxury goods or FMCG, and experience in leading sales teams.
Degree in International Business or a related field.
