1. Ensure the preparation and follow-up of the training plan for the 3 to 4-year apprenticeship program for a group of 11 apprentices at CFC and AFP levels.
2. Collaborate with a team of two trainers to maintain high-quality pedagogical oversight.
3. Manage components and tools necessary for apprentice watchmaker training.
4. Ensure apprentices' success in various examinations.
5. Participate in the recruitment and engagement of apprentices in collaboration with the HR department.
6. Organize and lead discovery visits and workshops for internal and external audiences to promote watchmaking professions and LVMH expertise.
7. Oversee the annual project in coordination with LVMH headquarters in Paris, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

1. CFC diploma in watchmaking production or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years)
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a watchmaker with excellent mastery of watchmaking techniques and manufacturing processes
3. Previous experience in training or supervising apprentices is desirable

1. Effective communication and ability to inspire apprentices
2. Proven project management and educational activity coordination skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and other IT tools
4. Fluency in French; English proficiency is an advantage

Minimum of 5 years in watchmaking with experience in training or supervision preferred.

CFC diploma in watchmaking production or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years)
