TAG Heuer Watchmaking Trainer

- Ensure the preparation and follow-up of the training plan for the 3 to 4-year apprenticeship program for a group of 11 apprentices at CFC and AFP levels.
- Collaborate with a team of two trainers to maintain high-quality pedagogical oversight.
- Manage components and tools necessary for apprentice watchmaker training.
- Ensure apprentices' success in various examinations.
- Participate in the recruitment and engagement of apprentices in collaboration with the HR department.
- Organize and lead discovery visits and workshops for internal and external audiences to promote watchmaking professions and LVMH expertise.
- Oversee the annual project in coordination with LVMH headquarters in Paris, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- CFC diploma in watchmaking production or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a watchmaker with excellent mastery of watchmaking techniques and manufacturing processes
- Previous experience in training or supervising apprentices is desirable
- Effective communication and ability to inspire apprentices
- Proven project management and educational activity coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and other IT tools
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is an advantage
Minimum of 5 years in watchmaking with experience in training or supervision preferred.
CFC diploma in watchmaking production or CFC in Watchmaking (4 years)
