1. Attend theoretical classroom sessions to learn about the history of watchmaking, various watch movements, tools, and industry standards.
2. Participate in practical training sessions to gain hands-on experience with workshop equipment, learning to dismantle, clean, repair, and reassemble watch components.
3. Engage in on-the-job coaching, working alongside expert watchmakers on real watch servicing projects to gain insights and refine skills.
4. Receive personalized mentorship in a supportive and multifaceted environment.
5. Earn a certification upon successful completion of the program, recognizing proficiency in watch servicing as a TAG Heuer technician.
