1. Wostep or other watchmaking school accreditation or equivalent time-served experience.
2. Professional-level watchmaking experience, preferably with Swiss or luxury brands.
3. Experience working as part of a team in a commercial technical department.
4. Proven experience achieving departmental targets.

Minimum 3 years of professional watchmaking experience, ideally trained and experienced in working with chronograph movements.

Wostep or other watchmaking school accreditation or equivalent.
