- Complete a broad range of services and repairs on TAG Heuer and LVMH timepieces.
- Achieve workload targets within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain high quality of work to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the brand's image.
- Proactively develop and maintain technical watchmaking skills.
- Attend in-house and brand house training sessions.
- Support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company and brand policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of watch repairs, including in-house movements and chronographs.
- Use expertise to assess products and provide solutions for work to be completed.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to support internal and external queries.
- Support the development and training of other team members.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technical advancements, and best practices.
- Ensure outstanding service is offered to all clients.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador for TAG Heuer.
- Actively develop brand knowledge and complete training.
- Stay updated on the watch industry and competitive environment.
- Wostep or other watchmaking school accreditation or equivalent time-served experience.
- Professional-level watchmaking experience, preferably with Swiss or luxury brands.
- Experience working as part of a team in a commercial technical department.
- Proven experience achieving departmental targets.
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload according to team goals.
- Work at a fast pace with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability.
Minimum 3 years of professional watchmaking experience, ideally trained and experienced in working with chronograph movements.
Wostep or other watchmaking school accreditation or equivalent.
