- Perform comprehensive servicing and repairs on TAG Heuer and LVMH timepieces, including both quartz and automatic watches.
- Achieve workload targets within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Minimize returns to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold a positive brand image.
- Proactively develop and maintain technical watchmaking skills through continuous learning.
- Attend in-house and brand-specific training sessions.
- Support a collaborative and inclusive work environment, valuing team contributions.
- Ensure compliance with company and brand policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of watch repairs, including in-house movements and chronographs.
- Utilize expertise to assess products and provide solutions for required work.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address internal and external queries.
- Support the development and training of other team members.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technical advancements, and best practices.
- Provide outstanding service to all clients as a TAG Heuer ambassador.
- Actively develop brand knowledge and complete training programs.
- Stay informed about the watch industry and competitive environment.
- Wostep or other accredited watchmaking school certification or equivalent time-served experience.
- Professional watchmaking experience, preferably with Swiss or luxury brands.
- Experience working in a commercial technical department as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving departmental targets.
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload in alignment with team goals.
- Capability to work at a fast pace with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability.
- Technical proficiency in watch repairs, including chronograph movements.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in watchmaking, ideally with exposure to chronograph movements and luxury brands.
Wostep or other accredited watchmaking school certification or equivalent experience.
