1. Perform comprehensive servicing and repairs on TAG Heuer and LVMH timepieces, including both quartz and automatic watches.
2. Achieve workload targets within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Minimize returns to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold a positive brand image.
4. Proactively develop and maintain technical watchmaking skills through continuous learning.
5. Attend in-house and brand-specific training sessions.
6. Support a collaborative and inclusive work environment, valuing team contributions.
7. Ensure compliance with company and brand policies and procedures.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of watch repairs, including in-house movements and chronographs.
9. Utilize expertise to assess products and provide solutions for required work.
10. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address internal and external queries.
11. Support the development and training of other team members.
12. Contribute to the development of internal tools and systems.
13. Stay updated with industry trends, technical advancements, and best practices.
14. Provide outstanding service to all clients as a TAG Heuer ambassador.
15. Actively develop brand knowledge and complete training programs.
16. Stay informed about the watch industry and competitive environment.

1. Wostep or other accredited watchmaking school certification or equivalent time-served experience.
2. Professional watchmaking experience, preferably with Swiss or luxury brands.
3. Experience working in a commercial technical department as part of a team.
4. Proven track record of achieving departmental targets.
5. Ability to prioritize and plan workload in alignment with team goals.
6. Capability to work at a fast pace with high accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability.

1. Technical proficiency in watch repairs, including chronograph movements.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in watchmaking, ideally with exposure to chronograph movements and luxury brands.

Wostep or other accredited watchmaking school certification or equivalent experience.
