1. Execute watch repair processes to the highest standard, supporting departmental targets.
2. Support the development of the UK aftersales business.
3. Promote the LVMH brand experience by providing outstanding customer service.
4. Perform watch case and bracelet de-casing.
5. Achieve workload targets within agreed timeframes, adhering to strict deadlines.
6. Prepare watch cases and bracelets for polishing.
7. Conduct case and bracelet ultrasonic cleaning and re-sealing.
8. Perform checks and water resistance tests.
9. Troubleshoot and identify worn or defective components.
10. Ensure high efficiency in all tasks.
11. Assist with part jobs and guarantee work as needed.
12. Maintain workstation tidiness and organization.
13. Ensure quality control of own work to meet high standards.
14. Operate machinery correctly, following safety procedures.
15. Maintain and clean workshop equipment, staying updated on Health and Safety procedures.
16. Proactively develop technical skills and enhance knowledge.
17. Ensure a safe and orderly working environment.
18. Develop and maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge.
