- Oversee the design and drafting of new watch products.
- Coordinate the resolution of technical issues related to watch casing and enhance departmental processes.
- Analyze the feasibility of product department requests.
- Identify technical-aesthetic compromises with Development and Product teams.
- Design products that meet TAG Heuer's technical, industrial, and aesthetic standards based on specifications.
- Ensure the robustness and eco-responsibility of products.
- Introduce innovations in designs, including new concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Facilitate information sharing with suppliers and internal departments regarding designs.
- Justify and document design choices during design reviews and analyze technical risks with stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of information stored in systems, particularly technical codification.
- Lead the resolution of cross-functional technical issues identified by quality assurance, after-sales service, and production.
- Engineering degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in watch casing design.
- Technical expertise across all watch ranges (entry, mid, high-end).
- Proficiency in CAD software Creo and PLM Windchill.
- Knowledge of machining processes and industrialization constraints.
- Functional approach to design (chain of dimensions, mastery of assemblies).
- Ability to balance aesthetic and technical considerations.
- Fluent in professional English (B2 level).
- Familiarity with ISO GPS tolerances.
- Proactive and rigorous work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
A minimum of 10 years in horological casing design is required.
Engineering degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for a balance between remote and on-site work.
