- Oversee the creation and execution of visual merchandising guidelines, including window displays, product presentations, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align store planning and visual merchandising strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies that reflect TAG Heuer’s identity.
- Ensure all displays are visually appealing and effectively highlight products.
- Prepare and set up for in-boutique events and pop-ups in collaboration with retail and marketing teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Manage store planning projects, including new store openings and renovations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain consistency in visual merchandising across all points of sale to ensure brand standards are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into displays.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards.
- Partner with external vendors to source materials and visual merchandising props that meet quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in store planning, layout design, and visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer behavior.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
