- Adapt and implement global merchandising guidelines for local execution.
- Prepare and deliver visual merchandising training materials to store staff.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are maintained and provide detailed reports.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the retail or luxury industry.
- Degree in Interior Design, Store Planning, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and SketchUp.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various levels.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and flexibility.
- Creativity in visual merchandising execution.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
At least one year of relevant experience in the retail or luxury industry is preferred.
Degree in Interior Design, Store Planning, or a related field is preferred.
