- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand equity across LATAM, Caribbean, Cruise Ships, and Travel Retail Americas.
- Optimize pricing, inventory, and demand forecasting using data-driven insights.
- Lead a multi-channel sales strategy encompassing retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer models.
- Ensure a seamless luxury customer journey across all touchpoints, enhancing clienteling efforts and VIP relationship management.
- Effectively manage both direct and functional teams within a matrix organization to drive alignment and efficiency.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through geographic expansion and strategic partnerships, while analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership within the luxury industry.
- Proven track record in multi-channel sales, with global or regional sales leadership experience.
- Strong experience in matrixed organizations with direct and functional reporting structures.
- Fluency in multiple languages relevant to key luxury markets is a plus.
- Strategic planning and business development skills.
- Analytical skills to assess competitive positioning and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in the luxury industry, with a proven track record in multi-channel sales and regional or global leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
