TAG Heuer Training Manager

1. Organize and conduct brand, product, and sales training for boutiques and retail, both in-person and online.
2. Develop and continuously enhance brand and product training programs with innovative approaches in collaboration with the retail, marketing departments, and headquarters.
3. Support the German, Austrian, and Dutch markets in implementing brand and product training.
4. Organize onboarding events for new TAG Heuer employees.
5. Compile factsheets, guidelines, presentations, and other materials for high-quality, innovative training.
6. Conduct training activities in accordance with TAG Heuer guidelines.
7. Systematically follow up on brand, product, and sales training sessions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualified education with relevant professional experience.
2. Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector, ideally in the watch or haute horlogerie industry.

1. Deep understanding of luxury brands, excellent service culture, and the specific requirements of the high-end watch retail business.
2. Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels.
3. Outstanding presentation, moderation, and storytelling abilities with a strong didactic approach.
4. High conceptual competence for developing effective training formats aligned with the brand's DNA.
5. Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a structured, solution-oriented work approach.
6. Creativity, innovative spirit, and a keen sense of trends in the luxury and watch market.
7. Enjoyment of working in international, culturally diverse teams and in a dynamic, demanding environment.
8. High mobility and willingness to travel within the three countries.
9. Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum 3 years
