TAG Heuer Training Manager

- Organize and conduct brand, product, and sales training for boutiques and retail, both in-person and online.
- Develop and continuously enhance brand and product training programs with innovative approaches in collaboration with the retail, marketing departments, and headquarters.
- Support the German, Austrian, and Dutch markets in implementing brand and product training.
- Organize onboarding events for new TAG Heuer employees.
- Compile factsheets, guidelines, presentations, and other materials for high-quality, innovative training.
- Conduct training activities in accordance with TAG Heuer guidelines.
- Systematically follow up on brand, product, and sales training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualified education with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector, ideally in the watch or haute horlogerie industry.
- Deep understanding of luxury brands, excellent service culture, and the specific requirements of the high-end watch retail business.
- Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels.
- Outstanding presentation, moderation, and storytelling abilities with a strong didactic approach.
- High conceptual competence for developing effective training formats aligned with the brand's DNA.
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a structured, solution-oriented work approach.
- Creativity, innovative spirit, and a keen sense of trends in the luxury and watch market.
- Enjoyment of working in international, culturally diverse teams and in a dynamic, demanding environment.
- High mobility and willingness to travel within the three countries.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum 3 years
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
