TAG Heuer Training Manager

- Adapt and deliver TAG Heuer training programs across Italy, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Develop and co-create training and coaching programs with the HQ Training team, focusing on client experience, sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand heritage.
- Establish a Retail training path to support direct distribution and guide sales associate development.
- Implement a dedicated coaching program for Boutiques and Points of Sale (POS).
- Assist top management with training needs aligned with business priorities.
- Develop a training strategy with the Wholesale team for distributors, focusing on business priorities to enhance sell-out.
- Manage Mystery Shopping initiatives in collaboration with sales teams to enhance Retail excellence, including sales ceremony, client experience, and CRM activities.
- Monitor and report on training activities, emphasizing continuous improvement and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, boutique supervision, or training.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail-specific training and ideally 2 years in project management.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Comprehensive understanding of the retail network.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Charismatic, enthusiastic, with a good sense of humor.
A minimum of 5 years in sales, boutique supervision, or training, with at least 3 years in retail-specific training and ideally 2 years in project management.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
