TAG Heuer Training Manager

- Enhance brand image and credibility through comprehensive training programs.
- Organize and deploy regional and local training for boutique managers and staff, aligning with global strategies.
- Plan and develop training programs, including audience selection, scheduling, and venue arrangements.
- Adapt global training content to suit the Japanese market in collaboration with headquarters.
- Coordinate with local HR on action plans for soft skills training.
- Manage e-Learning programs, ensuring boutique staff completion and database management.
- Deploy sales training on selling skills, brand, product knowledge, storytelling, and clienteling.
- Collect and analyze training needs through store visits and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with boutique managers on KPIs and action plans to boost sales.
- Coordinate Mystery Shopping initiatives with the Retail Director and store managers.
- Organize training events in-class and in-shop, utilizing internal trainers or external consultants.
- University graduate
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training
- Experience in retail or service industries
- Preferred experience as a retail trainer in the luxury retail industry
- Preferred experience as a sales staff
- Passion for training and the brand
- Leadership and motivational abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning
- Human-oriented personality
- Ability to share knowledge
- Knowledge of training planning methodologies
- Coaching techniques
- Selling and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Business-level English and fluent Japanese
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in luxury retail training and sales.
University degree is required.
