- Execute a range of watch repair processes to the highest standard, supporting departmental targets.
- Contribute to the development of the UK aftersales business.
- Promote the LVMH brand experience by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Perform watch case and bracelet de-casing.
- Achieve workload targets within agreed timeframes, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Prepare watch cases and bracelets for polishing.
- Conduct case and bracelet ultrasonic cleaning and re-sealing.
- Perform checks and water resistance tests.
- Troubleshoot and identify worn or defective components as required.
- Ensure high efficiency levels.
- Assist with part jobs and guarantee work as needed.
- Maintain high standards of workstation tidiness and organization.
- Foster excellent communication and teamwork with colleagues.
- Perform quality control on own work to meet high quality standards.
- Operate machinery correctly, following safety procedures.
- Maintain and clean workshop equipment, staying updated on Health and Safety procedures.
- Proactively develop technical skills and enhance knowledge.
- Ensure a safe and orderly working environment.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge.
