TAG Heuer Team Assistant Intern

- Organize corporate events, offsite meetings, and headquarters visits, ensuring seamless experiences and professional execution.
- Assist management in preparing presentations, reports, and analyses, gaining valuable insights into executive-level operations.
- Manage travel arrangements, schedule coordination, and project organization with a strong organizational acumen.
- Oversee office management responsibilities, including guest reception, fleet management, and coordination of mail and office supplies.
- Act as a central communication link between the executive team, management, and departments, actively shaping internal communication.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent German and English language skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an independent, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and flexibility.
Some practical experience in hospitality, retail, or event management is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
