TAG Heuer Team Assistant Intern

1. Organize corporate events, offsite meetings, and headquarters visits, ensuring seamless experiences and professional execution.
2. Assist management in preparing presentations, reports, and analyses, gaining valuable insights into executive-level operations.
3. Manage travel arrangements, schedule coordination, and project organization with a strong organizational acumen.
4. Oversee office management responsibilities, including guest reception, fleet management, and coordination of mail and office supplies.
5. Act as a central communication link between the executive team, management, and departments, actively shaping internal communication.

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
2. Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent German and English language skills.

1. Strong organizational skills with an independent, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
2. High level of discretion, reliability, and flexibility.

Some practical experience in hospitality, retail, or event management is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
