1. Support the supply, management, and distribution of materials and spare parts to the workshop and external retailers.
2. Pick parts orders for internal and external requirements on a daily basis.
3. Maintain and update all in-house materials stock databases.
4. Accurately record stock movements and complete required documentation.
5. Invoice and pack orders efficiently.
6. Check and receipt shipments promptly.
7. Conduct materials stock checks and stocktakes as necessary.
8. Provide regular stock updates to the manager and team.
9. Respond to internal and external emails regarding stock enquiries and availability.
10. React promptly to time-critical parts requests.
11. Order from brand houses as needed.
12. Handle communications from head office regarding CITES.
13. Answer phone calls from both internal and external customers.

1. Experience in stock picking with a high level of accuracy.
2. Proficiency in using various computer systems for stock management and query response.

Beginner level experience in stock management or related fields.
