1. Support the coordination of partnership activations in sports and lifestyle sectors.
2. Assist in project coordination and logistics for partnerships and ambassadors, including product orders, merchandising shipments, invoicing, and budget tracking.
3. Manage daily administration and operations of projects, including order placements, vendor monitoring, travel and hospitality bookings, attendee tracking, and issue resolution.
4. Maintain and update internal and external communications, such as activation calendars, playbooks, websites, media portals, and best practices.
5. Facilitate internal and external cross-functional collaboration with structured planning documents to drive global initiatives.
6. Conduct research for gifting and branding options for partner events and personalized gifts for ambassadors, including ideation, benchmarking, offers, and supplier follow-ups.

1. University Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
2. Fluency in French and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

1. Strong planning, logistics, administration, and coordination skills in project or event management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
4. Passion for luxury goods and sports.

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for recent graduates or individuals at the start of their career.

University Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
