TAG Heuer Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial and Distribution

- Provide legal support for the organization and evolution of the distribution network in Switzerland and internationally.
- Manage contractual documentation for mono-brand and multi-brand distribution, sales commissions, and authorized repairers, including drafting, negotiation, and adaptation to local challenges.
- Offer daily legal support to commercial teams (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, HQ, and certain subsidiaries) and Operations/After-Sales Service.
- Ensure legal framework for B2B HQ projects.
- Provide pragmatic expertise in competition law to operational teams.
- Conduct active monitoring of distribution and competition law developments in Europe and strategic markets.
- Oversee pre-litigation and litigation processes with distributors or authorized repairers, in collaboration with local external counsel, and participate in strategy definition.
- Coordinate internal elements necessary for litigation management, including documentation retrieval, fact tracking, and communication with operational teams.
- Swiss bar admission with specialization in commercial law or competition law. For candidates based in France, a higher education degree in business law, economic law, or competition law (minimum Master 2), ideally with CAPA (bar admission).
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Ability to work closely with operational teams (commercial HQ and subsidiaries, After-Sales Service) and align legal requirements with business objectives.
- Structured mindset, legal rigor, and diplomatic skills.
- Passion for teaching, pedagogy, and working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Autonomy, reliability, and prioritization skills.
At least 8 years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm setting, with significant exposure to selective distribution and B2B network management, particularly internationally; commercial contracts in a structured and demanding environment (luxury, consumer goods, or high-end technical products sectors); competition law, especially regarding vertical practices; and commercial litigation management.
Swiss bar admission or equivalent French qualifications.
