TAG Heuer Senior Client Development Manager

- Develop and implement the Client Development strategy aligned with TAG Heuer's brand objectives and market goals.
- Lead and manage a team of five specialists in clienteling, top client management, and retail event organization.
- Oversee personalized management of strategic clients, ensuring an exceptional experience for VIPs and top clients.
- Design, plan, and coordinate major retail events, maintaining an active presence at key international events.
- Develop and execute omni-clienteling initiatives to ensure effective client activations.
- Enhance and expand the Client Service Center team across various hubs.
- Cultivate and grow the global Client Development community.
- Manage departmental budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop tools and performance indicators to measure initiative effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, product, e-commerce, IT, and retail teams at both HQ and regional levels to ensure coherent and synergistic actions.
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 15 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in CRM or client marketing.
- Expertise in high-end client relationship management and omnichannel clienteling.
- Proficiency in event organization, training, and project management.
- Strong strategic analysis and budget management skills.
- Inspiring leadership and client service orientation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to unite and motivate a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally for major events.
- Passion for luxury watchmaking and the TAG Heuer brand.
A minimum of 15 years in a premium or luxury retail business, with a focus on CRM or client marketing.
University degree or equivalent.
