TAG Heuer Senior Client Development Manager

- Develop and implement the Client Development strategy aligned with TAG Heuer's brand objectives and market goals.
- Lead and manage a team of three specialists in clienteling, VIP client management, and retail event organization.
- Oversee personalized management of strategic clients, ensuring an exceptional experience for VIPs and top clients.
- Design, plan, and coordinate major retail events, ensuring active participation in key international events.
- Develop and execute omni-clienteling initiatives to ensure effective activations.
- Expand the Client Development community on a global scale.
- Manage departmental budget, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
- Develop tools and performance indicators to measure initiative effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, product, and retail teams at both HQ and regional levels to ensure cohesive and synergistic actions.
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in CRM or client marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of high-end client relationship management and clienteling.
- Proven skills in event organization and project management.
- Strong strategic analysis and budget management abilities.
- Inspiring leadership and client service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to unite and motivate a team.
- Availability for regular international travel.
- Passion for luxury watchmaking and the TAG Heuer universe.
A minimum of 10 years in a premium or luxury retail business, with a focus on CRM or client marketing.
University Degree or equivalent.
