- Minimum 8 years of experience in the luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and relationship building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to propose new ideas and solutions.

- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
