- Drive sales performance on the boutique floor, achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Support colleagues and team members to enhance the boutique's overall performance.
- Ensure a seamless omnichannel client experience by considering all customer touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and within the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging provided tools and resources.
- Collect and utilize client data to personalize interactions and grow the business.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory and cash management, under boutique management supervision.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively, and perform Visual Merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to grooming, attitude, and Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail environment and a passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Familiarity with digital tools and retail procedures.
- Exceptional selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Team spirit, integrity, and transparency.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to represent the brand externally.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar luxury retail environment is required.
