1. Drive sales performance on the boutique floor by achieving personal KPIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

9. Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures.
10. Utilize retail tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
11. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
12. Adhere to guidelines for grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
13. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
14. Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. Strong understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
4. Knowledge of digital tools and brand retail procedures.
5. Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and relationship building.
