- Drive sales performance on the boutique floor by achieving personal KPIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client interactions across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and representing the brand at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for client outreach and appointments.
- Ensure high-quality client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
- Communicate the brand's story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Utilize retail tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Adhere to guidelines for grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
- Knowledge of digital tools and brand retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and relationship building.
- Proficient in selling techniques, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible with a strong team spirit.
- Digitally savvy with strong presentation skills.
Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail with a focus on watches and client development.
