- Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Innovate sales approaches through merchandising, events, and product mix proposals.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build personal client connections.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and use it to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory, cash handling, and store procedures.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively, and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with grooming and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Maintain store standards and ensure adherence to internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and retention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative.

- Ability to represent the brand with excellent presentation skills.
