1. Translate business requirements into robust architecture and oversee the overall project design, defining the technical roadmap.
2. Architect effective data models and lead data migration initiatives.
3. Define and implement secure solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
4. Champion a seamless and efficient user experience throughout the platform.
5. Oversee successful deployments using CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub).
6. Coordinate a distributed team of Technical Leads, Developers, testers, cross-functional teams, and Product Owners to resolve challenges and shape effective solutions in an Agile environment.
7. Design and manage integrations with external systems for optimal performance (Mulesoft, API, SAP, and other middleware).
8. Ensure the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of Salesforce systems and related applications to guarantee stability, performance, and business continuity.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
2. At least 2 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.

1. Deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices (Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, API REST/SOAP).
2. Ability to design scalable solutions that integrate all system components effectively.
3. Proven problem-solving skills in overcoming technical and functional challenges.
4. Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
5. Strong business acumen with the capacity to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect, preferably within the watchmaking or luxury industry.
