- Provide telephonic and written consultation and support to clients and jewelers in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding availability, orders, price changes, and returns, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of openings, changes, closures, and distribution contracts in the system.
- Assist in providing product availability, assortment overviews, and product datasheets, and support the preparation of selective distribution contracts and annual meetings.
- Enter data into the system, manage invoicing, and create essential documents such as orders, invoices, credit notes, or shipment overviews.
- Analyze sales figures (sell-in & sell-out), monitor sales, and develop measures to ensure success.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration/Economics with a focus on Sales/Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated enjoyment in personal customer contact and strong service orientation.
- Possess a 'hands-on' mentality with a self-reliant and responsible working style.
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and aptitude for numbers and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Ideally, initial experience in sales and familiarity with SAP.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
