1. Provide consultation and support via phone and email to TAG Heuer retailers in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.
2. Assist TAG Heuer boutiques with availability inquiries, orders, price changes, and returns.
3. Manage and maintain customer data records in the system.
4. Support Sales Area Managers with daily tasks, including providing product availability, assortment overviews, and product data sheets, as well as preparing selective distribution agreements.
5. Assist with invoicing and document creation, including orders, invoices, credit notes, backorders, and shipments.
6. Analyze sales figures (sell-in & sell-out).

1. Currently enrolled in a business administration or economics degree program with a focus on sales/marketing or a related field, with at least six months available for the internship.
2. Enjoy personal interaction with customers and possess strong service orientation.
3. Demonstrate a hands-on mentality and an independent, responsible working style.
4. Exhibit high engagement, flexibility, and strong numerical and analytical skills.
5. Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in MS Office.
6. Ideally, have initial experience in sales and familiarity with SAP.
