TAG Heuer Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate sales administration, acting as an interface between Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance departments.
- Monitor orders including delivery, invoicing, backlog management, and stock tracking.
- Manage product allocations and delivery phases.
- Handle returns and client consignment, VIP, and personal purchases.
- Oversee prototype tracking.
- Respond to B2B and retail client inquiries regarding availability and deliveries.
- Maintain and update the database of articles and clients.
- Commercially manage a portfolio of 5-10 retail points in France, including sell-in and sell-out tracking, annual visits, order taking, and telephone support.
- Serve as a key user for SAP and provide support for Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales administration with a demanding clientele.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Fluency in French.
- Strong interpersonal and commercial acumen.
- Autonomous, organized, meticulous, and diplomatic.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage priorities.
A minimum of three years in sales administration, particularly with a discerning clientele.
Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related discipline.
