TAG Heuer Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate the entire order fulfillment process, including order placement, delivery, invoicing, backorder management, and stock monitoring, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain constant communication with Area Sales Managers regarding delivery schedules, delays, stock shortages, and unforeseen challenges.
- Manage B2B assortment and client access, including SalesForce assortment per door.
- Allocate limited editions and constrained references based on retailer priority, quota, sell-out, and order date.
- Update boutiques on out-of-assortment references, including limited editions and manual replenishments.
- Manage returns and reallocations to the Logistic Platform or local stock, including reception, SAT review, and shipment to stores.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with headquarters' teams, such as sales and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of customer orders.
- Track and manage consignments, including shipments, invoicing if sold, and returns within agreed timeframes.
- Oversee prototype management, including tracking reception, usage, and returns.
- Manage staff purchases following established procedures.
- Maintain and manage databases for retailers and brand ambassadors.
- Oversee trade stock management using SalesForce and B2B platforms.
- Maintain and share price lists and store locator information.
- Manage GWP stock and Watches and Wonders agenda.
- Serve as a key user for SAP, Excel, and SalesForce.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Spanish with a good command of English or French; Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP, SalesForce, PowerPoint, and Word is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset.
- Flexibility and a strong sense of service.
- Autonomous, organized, and diplomatic with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
Minimum of 3 years in sales administration, business analysis, or management control.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
