TAG Heuer Sales Coordination Intern

1. Provide support and communication with TAG Heuer partners in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands via phone and email.
2. Collaborate in the Customer Care department to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
3. Maintain and update customer master data, including new openings, changes, closures, and contract documents.
4. Assist Sales Managers in daily operations, such as creating product availability lists, assortment overviews, and product data sheets.
5. Prepare presentations for product launches.
6. Support selective distribution agreements and annual negotiations.
7. Participate in sales administration tasks, including order entry, invoice verification, and document filing.
8. Assist in product allocation according to sell-in targets and customer budgets.
9. Contribute to reporting tasks, including sell-in/sell-out analyses and sales overviews.
10. Work closely with the headquarters in Switzerland on sales-related projects.
11. Support local, cross-departmental projects, such as sales and distribution strategies.
12. Organize and manage Family & Friends Sales within the LVMH Group.
13. Assist TAG Heuer boutiques with orders, returns, and product availability inquiries.

1. Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Ideally, initial practical experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
3. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
2. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous but not required.
3. Structured, reliable, and meticulous work approach.
4. Affinity for numbers and systems.
