1. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through expert product knowledge and superior customer service skills.
2. Maintain and develop a client book, ensuring regular follow-up to meet clienteling sales goals.
3. Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives.
4. Provide exemplary customer service by greeting customers, offering assistance, and addressing inquiries.
5. Process customer repairs and send thank you notes post-purchase.
6. Adhere to store operational procedures, including inventory management and facility maintenance.
7. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, oversee store opening and closing procedures.

1. 2+ years of retail sales experience, with luxury experience preferred.
2. Previous clienteling experience.
3. Demonstrated ability to learn technical product information.
4. Proficiency in typing and email communication.
5. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly advantageous.

1. Strong selling skills with the ability to meet sales goals.
2. Excellent clienteling and customer development skills.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
4. Proficient in conveying product information effectively.
5. Competent in using company-specific computer programs.

At least two years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
