1. Support the retail team in boutique activations, including material preparation and event support, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
2. Assist in the follow-up of franchise boutique openings, collaborating with the retail coordinator and monitoring performance.
3. Support visual merchandising animations across boutiques, ensuring consistent implementation and brand alignment.
4. Assist with retail KPIs and the clienteling strategy.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal clients, boutiques, and event attendees.
6. Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Retail Manager.

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
2. Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn POS systems.
2. Flexible, adaptable, and open to travel.
3. Strong team player with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
4. Excellent communication skills and a resolutive profile.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an understanding of the luxury market.

Some experience or a strong interest in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.

817€ per month gross for a 40-hour workweek.

Includes a Ticket Restaurant worth 11€ per labor day from Monday to Thursday.
