TAG Heuer Retail Performance Coordinator

- Define key KPIs and metrics for monitoring at HQ, Market, and Boutique levels to evaluate retail performance.
- Prepare and deliver recurring reports to support performance reviews with markets and top management.
- Consolidate market feedback from monthly performance reviews and propose personalized action plans.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for reporting, performance analysis, and studies, identifying and communicating trends and sharing internal and external benchmarks.
- Follow-up on KPIs related to tool usage, organizing trainings and refreshers as needed.
- Assist and contribute to projects related to boutique performance activities, including data governance and harmonization, new reporting tools, and boutique clustering.
- Partner with other departments to animate the weekly retail newsletter with engaging content.
- Provide ad hoc support to various team projects.
- University degree or equivalent, with a first successful experience in an analyst or retail performance position.
- Experience in a premium or luxury retail business is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present significant amounts of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and autonomous with a constant drive for improvement.
- Team player with empathy and the ability to build relationships across diverse cultural environments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
- Familiarity with performance and data management systems (PowerBI, GCP, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
University degree or equivalent.
